We aim to support parents, carers and other important adults with practical, information to help neurodivergent young people feel understood, supported and recognised for their capabilities.

Smooth Transitions is a parent-focused presentation supporting families to prepare for and navigate key transition points in school life.
Transitions may include moving into high school, changing classes, starting a new year level, preparing for camps or excursions, shifting friendship groups, or planning future pathways.
The presentation focuses on practical ways parents and carers can support their young person while also working constructively with schools and workplaces.
